Megan: Excuse me. Could you tell me where the bank is?

Stranger: There's one upstairs, across from the duty-free shop.

Megan: Oh, thanks. Do you know what time it opens?

Stranger: It should be open now. It opens at 9:00 A.M.

Megan: Good. And can you tell me how often the buses leave for the city?

Stranger: Every ten minutes.

Megan: OK. And just one more thing. Do you know where the nearest restroom is?

Stranger: Right behind you. See that sign?

Megan: Oh. Thanks a lot.

Could you tell me where the bank is?
直訳(ちょくやく)すると「銀行(ぎんこう)がどこにあるのか教(おし)えて下(くだ)さいませんか」"Could you tell me～?" は丁寧(ていねい)な尋(たず)ね方(かた)で、その後(ご)に疑問(ぎもん)詞(し) （where, who, whatなど）+ たずねたいことが続(つづ)きます。
ex) ◯ Could you tell me where the museum is?
× Could you tell me where is the museum?

Can you tell me how often the busses leave for the city?
"Can you～? " は "Could you～?" よりも少(すこ)しくだけた言い方(いかた)で、 「～してくれませんか」という意味(いみ)。"How often～？" は「どのくらいの頻度(ひんど)で」という意味(いみ)になります。

この場合(ばあい)の "right " は「すぐ、ちょうど」という意味(いみ)です。
